Garaherb is committed to truthful, transparent, and lawful marketing practices. This Policy applies to all third parties, affiliates, media buyers, influencers, and partners promoting Garaherb products through any medium or channel.
Each affiliated party is individually responsible for ensuring that all promotional materials, landing pages, video sales letters (VSLs), and campaigns distributed under their account are fully compliant with the standards set forth herein. Non-compliance may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the affiliate relationship.
1. Prohibited Advertising Practices
Affiliates and partners are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following practices:
1.1 Unauthorized Use of Public Figures & Deepfakes
- Using the name, image, voice, or likeness of any celebrity, public figure, journalist, physician, or government official without express written authorization from the rights holder.
- Creating, distributing, or promoting AI-generated content, deepfakes, or simulated endorsements that falsely attribute statements or appearances to real individuals — regardless of whether such individuals are named or merely recognizable.
- Any use of tools or techniques to digitally alter, clone, or fabricate audio or video content featuring real persons, including but not limited to the likeness of actors, athletes, or public personalities.
1.2 Prohibited Health & Medical Claims
Affiliates must never state or imply that Garaherb products:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including but not limited to Alzheimer's disease, dementia, tinnitus, Parkinson's disease, or hearing loss.
- Are "FDA approved" or approved by any equivalent regulatory authority.
- Are "clinically proven" without substantiated, peer-reviewed evidence on file.
- Are endorsed by any government body, medical authority, or regulatory agency.
1.3 Explicit & Adult Content
Use of explicit, adult, or sexually suggestive content (+18) in any promotional material, VSL, landing page, or advertisement associated with Garaherb products is strictly forbidden.
All materials must be appropriate for a general audience and must not contain content that violates the terms of the distribution platforms or applicable laws.
1.4 Misleading or Deceptive Practices
- Using false or misleading testimonials, fabricated before-and-after images, or invented consumer reviews.
- Misrepresenting pricing, guarantees, refund terms, or product availability.
- Promoting the product through unauthorized pages, campaigns, or VSLs that do not reflect the official materials provided and approved by Garaherb.
2. VSL, Page & Campaign Standards
Garaherb maintains a product-specific compliance framework governing the use of all sales pages, video sales letters (VSLs), and campaign materials. All affiliates must adhere to the following standards:
- Only VSL compliant materials — as formally provided or approved by Garaherb — may be used for traffic generation and promotion.
- Affiliates must not alter, duplicate, or repurpose approved VSLs with unapproved content, imagery, audio, or endorsements.
- Any links, landing pages, and sales structures submitted to or approved by Garaherb must remain unmodified and must accurately reflect the official product offering.
- Garaherb conducts periodic structural audits of affiliate materials. Affiliates are expected to cooperate with review requests and provide updated page links within the timeframes specified by Garaherb's compliance team.
3. Required Disclosures
All affiliate promotions must:
- Clearly disclose the affiliate/commercial relationship where required by applicable law or platform policy.
- Include appropriate disclaimers stating that individual results may vary.
- Use only accurate and non-misleading statements consistent with Garaherb's official product information and approved copy.
4. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this Policy — including, but not limited to, use of deepfakes, unauthorized celebrity likenesses, explicit content, or non-compliant VSLs — are taken with the utmost seriousness. Consequences may include:
- Immediate suspension of affiliate access pending investigation.
- Permanent termination of the affiliate relationship.
- Forfeiture of accrued commissions.
- Mandatory reporting to applicable affiliate networks, platforms, and regulatory bodies.
- Additional civil or legal action where appropriate.
Reoccurrence of the same violation following a formal notice constitutes aggravated non-compliance and will be treated with increased severity.
5. Reporting Suspected Violations
Garaherb maintains an active compliance channel. Suspected violations may be reported to:
Email: support@Garaherb.com
Subject line: Affiliate Compliance Report
Reports should include, where possible:
- URL or source of the content in question.
- A description of the alleged violation.
- Date of occurrence and screenshots if available.
All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken in accordance with this Policy.
6. Ongoing Compliance Oversight
Garaherb conducts periodic reviews of third-party marketing activity and continuously improves its monitoring and enforcement processes to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws, advertising standards, and affiliate network guidelines.
Affiliates are expected to proactively self-audit their promotional infrastructure — including all pages, VSLs, and campaigns — and to promptly report and remediate any non-conformities identified, within the timeframes communicated by Garaherb's risk and compliance team.
This Policy is subject to update without prior notice. Continued promotion of Garaherb products constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this Policy.
